At Drone Hub, we are committed to supplying genuine drone, FPV, robotics, and electronic components backed by responsive customer support. The following policy outlines our shipping, warranty, returns, and support process to ensure a smooth and transparent experience for all our customers
A. Shipping & Logistics
Order Processing
We strive to dispatch your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible from our Bengaluru warehouse.
- Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are processed for dispatch on the same business day.
- Standard Dispatch: Most in-stock orders are dispatched within 24–36 hours.
- Sundays & Public Holidays: Orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Shipping & Delivery
We partner with trusted logistics providers to deliver orders across India.
- Estimated delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- Delivery timelines are subject to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, remote serviceable locations, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Tracking details will be shared via email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.
Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders above ₹2,999, subject to location and order verification.
B. Warranty & Product Support
Product Information
Drone Hub supplies only genuine drone, FPV, robotics, and electronic components sourced directly from manufacturers, authorized distributors, or trusted supply partners. Unless otherwise specified, all products sold are brand new and unused.
Most products are intended for hobbyists, educational institutions, research organizations, OEMs, and industrial applications, and should be installed and operated by users with appropriate technical knowledge.
Warranty
Unless otherwise specified on the respective product page, warranty, where applicable, is provided directly by the original manufacturer and is governed by the manufacturer’s warranty terms, inspection, testing, and approval. Drone Hub will assist customers in coordinating the manufacturer’s warranty or RMA process wherever possible.
Order Confirmation
Once an order has been processed:
- Orders cannot be modified, combined, or cancelled.
- Cancellation requests may not be accepted after dispatch has been initiated.
Dead on Arrival (DOA) & Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or Dead on Arrival (DOA) product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To process your claim, the following are mandatory:
- Complete Unboxing Video (from opening the sealed package until product testing).
- Clear photographs showing the issue.
- Technical testing details, wherever applicable.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video and supporting evidence cannot be processed.
If the product is determined to have a manufacturing defect, the claim will be processed in accordance with the original manufacturer’s RMA or replacement policy.
