Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Returns are accepted only after prior approval from Drone Hub. Returned products must:

• Be unused and in their original condition.
• Include all original accessories, manuals, and packaging.
• Show no signs of physical damage, misuse, modification, soldering, or improper handling.

Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to improper installation, incorrect usage, accidental damage, or unauthorized modifications.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for shipping approved returns to Drone Hub.

If the original manufacturer confirms that the product has a genuine manufacturing defect, Drone Hub will reimburse the return shipping cost up to the prevailing India Post Speed Post charges only. Any additional shipping charges incurred by using private courier services or premium shipping options shall be borne by the customer.

Product Compatibility

Customers are responsible for verifying product compatibility with their existing hardware, firmware, software, and application before placing an order.

Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted due to incorrect product selection or compatibility issues.

Installation & Safe Usage

Drone Hub shall not be liable for damage arising from:

• Incorrect wiring or reverse polarity.
• Improper installation or assembly.
• Incorrect voltage or current supply.
• Firmware or software modifications.
• Mechanical damage or accidental mishandling.
• Use beyond the manufacturer’s specified operating conditions.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are installed and operated in accordance with the manufacturer’s specifications and recommended safety practices.
