Description

The Medium Nylon Pinned Hinge is a mechanical control surface hinge designed for RC airplanes. Unlike flexible foam or paper hinges, its nylon leaves rotate around a central metal pin, providing smooth, low-resistance movement for ailerons, flaps, elevators, and rudders.

Each leaf features 6 circular adhesive holes. When installed using a suitable adhesive, these holes allow the glue to pass through the hinge leaves to create a secure connection with the aircraft structure.

Measuring 29mm in total open length and 16mm in width along the hinge pin, the hinge can be used with balsa wood, plywood, EPO/EPP foam, and foam board airframes.
