Description

The QAV250 is a mini-size quadcopter frame specifically designed to address the demands of FPV racing and aerial video recording. Known for its toughness and durability, this frame is manufactured from carbon fiber, providing an excellent strength-to-weight ratio while maintaining a lightweight structure.

The frame features 3mm thick carbon fiber arms designed to withstand hard landings and reduce the risk of arm breakage at the motor mounts. The arms are equipped with dampers at the ends to help protect motors during crashes.

Carbon fiber is widely used in drone frame construction due to its high stiffness and low weight. The rigid structure of the QAV250 improves flight stability, responsiveness, and overall flight performance.

Its compact aerodynamic design allows efficient flight with lower throttle requirements while helping keep the total take-off weight between approximately 500–600 grams. The frame offers a large central mounting area for electronics, cameras, and accessories.

With a wheelbase of 250mm and a weight of approximately 160g, the QAV250 supports 37mm board cameras as well as cameras mounted using brackets. The extended top and bottom plates provide additional room for HD cameras, batteries, and FPV electronics.

The frame also features anodized alloy spacers, multiple motor mounting hole options, and a vibration-free camera mounting bracket, making it suitable for FPV racing and freestyle applications.
